    RETURN PROCEDURE

    Before starting a return procedure, if you have bought a Calming Bed or a Couch Cover, please wait 24 hours after the unboxing to let the items return to their original condition and try to replace the filling with your hands.

    After doing that, you can contact our customer service team from this link and follow the instruction below:

    • Please always take the item out of any shipping bag; it is not necessary to repack it
    • Provide a picture of the item to your dedicated agent to verify its integrity
    • After our agent's approval, you can donate it to your nearest shelter

    PS. we ask for the picture cause, as the items won't return in our warehouse, it's the only way to verify their integrity.

     

    ORDER CANCELLATION TIMES BEFORE SHIPPING OUT

    It is possible to request your order's cancellation and consequent refund only if the package has not been shipped yet. When the customer comes into possession of the order tracking code, it will be considered in transit and, therefore, not subject to reimbursement as it can no longer be intercepted.
